Return and Refund Policy
At KCC Trust, we provide Digital Health Cards as a non-refundable service. Since this is a digital product, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the Digital Health Card has been issued. Please ensure that all details provided during registration are accurate before submitting your application.
2. Return Requests for Corrections
If there is an error in your card details due to our system or a technical issue, you may request a correction within 3 days of purchase by emailing admin@kcctrust.com with:
Your Full Name
Your Digital Health Card Number
A description of the issue
Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable)
We will review the request and, if valid, correct the details within 4-5 days at no additional cost.
